Our house is situated in a quiet and sunny location, in the immediate vicinity of the finish area of the famous "SASLONG" piste, where a Men’s World Cup downhill race takes place every year. Furthermore you can connect into the Sella Ronda ski circuit right on our doorstep.

The ski bus stop is only 100 metres from our house. From there you can quickly and easily reach the other chairlifts and cable cars in the valley.

In summer our guests have the opportunity to relax and bask in the sunshine on our sunbathing lawn. The children can romp about in the yard and on the meadow.
In addition, the area is an excellent starting point for a great variety of walks, hikes and mountain tours.
A parking space is available in the yard.
The shopping centre, the ski school, the ski pass office, the children’s playground as well as the bank and many other facilities are only five minutes’ walk from our house.
