The location is central and exclusive, perfect for any kind of holiday in all seasons!
The escalator to the Seceda cable car is only 100 metres away, and the Alpe di Siusi cable car is just over 200 metres away.
The Ortisei bus station, which takes you in any direction, is only 50 metres from the house.
Just below the house you will find an elegant wine shop where you can taste the best wines of the area, as well as shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars of various kinds.
In the Christmas period you will be in pole position for the famous Christmas market in Ortisei.
The house has one parking space per flat, but this is in a garage approx. 200 metres from the house, close to the Mar Dolomit swimming pools. It also has free Wi-Fi, a washing machine in each flat, a ski room with boot warmer, linen and towels.
