The Sellaronda: A biker's dream
The Sellaronda is a true legend not only among skiers. Among bikers, too, the loop around the Sella Group has long since ceased to be an insider tip. Selva in Val Gardena is the ideal starting point for a motorbike tour on the 50-kilometre-long route, which takes you over four passes. The Sella Pass, Passo Pordoi, Passo Campolongo and the Gardena Pass promise you unique views of the walls of the Sella Group and the surrounding Dolomite peaks. You can ride the Sellaronda by motorbike in two directions: clockwise and counter-clockwise. The roads on the Sellaronda are winding and sometimes quite steep. Therefore, despite its manageable length, the tour is best suited for experienced bikers. No matter which direction you choose - don't forget your camera!
