Alpenroyal
The Alpenroyal Gourmet Restaurant, located inside the eponymous Hotel in Selva, is Val Gardena's second restaurant to currently feature a Michelin star. Suinsom
Suinsom (“at the top”) is a relatively new gourmet restaurant that also received a Michelin star in 2023. Its located inside the Hotel Tyrol in Selva. You’ll be dining in wooden Tyrolean rooms and sampling fine dishes using the best Italian ingredients. Chef Alessandro Martellini certainly knows how to give each dish a special touch and will make your dining experience extraordinary. The wine list at Suinsom features quite a few gems - there's no doubt that a true wine freak is behind it.
Da Zenz
At the Gourmet Restaurant "Da Zenz" you will find modern, innovative, captivating and original cuisine, which has its strong point in the selection of ingredients and the harmony of contrasts, the work of the talented chef Alessio Baldini. There are five possible tasting courses, to which are added the seasonal suggestions of the à-la-carte menu and a selection of grilled meats.
